Fee Structure & Policies

  • Hostel and Catering
  • The hostel fee for double-occupancy accommodation is Rs 3,00,000, inclusive of boarding and catering.
  • The residential fee covers the period when students are on campus, and is not charged for the internship periods spent away from campus.
  • For non-residential students, catering and food charges are billed separately and are optional.
  • Payment Terms
  • All fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
  • Education loan assistance is provided to students who require financial support, with guidance through the loan application process from leading banks.
  • Scholarships and Fee Concessions
  • Scholarships range from 5% to 20% of the tuition fee, awarded based on merit and need.
  • Merit-based scholarships are also offered to wards of defence personnel and to students from states outside Telangana.
  • Detailed scholarship terms are shared with candidates after selection.

How to Apply

Applicants can complete the PGDM-HM application in either of two ways:
  • Option 1: Online
  • Submit the application form online at www.ascipgdhm.com and pay the application fee of Rs 500 through either of the following:
  • UPI — by scanning the QR code on the application page
  • Net banking or draw a demand draft using the bank details provided on the application page
  • Enter the transaction details in the application form before submitting, and upload the payment screenshot.
